Solution To access the SurveyTracker software you need to:
1) Connect to the remote system:
- Start "Remote Desktop Connection" (Start menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> Communication
- Connect to: "transfer.psyc.cf.ac.uk"
- Login to the remote system in the window that appears with your standard network username and password.
[ This will generate a couple of popup errors that I'm trying to find a way to stop completely. ]

2) Run SurveyTracker
- Start SurveyTracker
Once logged in start the SurveyTracker client (there should be an icon on the desktop of the remote machine, if not look under Start -> Programs -> TTI -> SurveyTracker Network Client).
- Provide connection information
When SurveyTracker starts it will will ask you for some connection information (its supposed to remember this but doesn't). You need to provide two items of information about the SurveyTracker server:
Server (IP address or name): 131.251.200.15
Port : 61982
- Provide account details
SurveyTracker will now ask you for your SurveyTracker account details. This account is specific to SurveyTracker the username will be the same as your standard network username, the initial password will be provided by IT staff.

3) Log off
Don't forget to logout of the remote machine (from the Start menu) rather than just closing the window on your own machine.
