Multiple pages printing on one page
Solution A problem has affected a number printers where documents print all of their pages on one side of one sheet of paper. Where this problem occurs it has generally been resolved by INSRV updating the drivers on the printer queue - but these new drivers have to be installed on each computer.

If you have a problem with multiple pages printing on one page then do the following:

1) Delete the printer queue from the machine
- Select "Printers and Faxes" from "Start" -> "Settings"
- Locate the icon for the printer that is having the problem
- Right click on the icon and select "Delete" from the menu
[ If, after a pause, the icon is not removed contact the IT Group. ]

2) Reinstall the printer using the standard iPrint install system
- Start Internet Explorer
- Go to:
http://printers.cf.ac.uk/
- Select the "Add Printer" link
- In the new pop up window select the building the printer is in (e.g. TOWR for Tower building)
- Select the Room (e.g. 1114)
- Select the printer
- Select the "Install" button

If this does not resolve the issue contact the IT Group and we will ensure the driver updates have been performed for that printer.

The printers that have been affected with this issue so far are:
TOWR-1114-HP-LASERJET-4300-1
TOWR-610-HP-LASERJET-4300-1
